What implementation actually involves

Most EdTech implementation horror stories follow a common pattern: a platform that promised to go live in two weeks takes six months, requires IT resources the institution does not have, and still is not fully functional a year later. We built Adaptive Intelligence's implementation process to be the exception to this pattern.

Week one: data and configuration

The first week of implementation is primarily about data. We connect to your existing student information system to import roster data — student records, course enrollments, and educator assignments. This is the only integration required. We configure institutional settings, set up educator accounts, and deliver onboarding training for administrators. By the end of week one, the platform is configured and educator accounts are active.

Week two: educator onboarding and student activation

The second week focuses on educator onboarding — familiarizing teachers with the platform, the intervention alert system, and the real-time mastery dashboard. Student accounts are activated. Students complete their first sessions. AdaptiveXi begins building learning models immediately from the first interaction. By the end of week two, the platform is live with active students.

The first month

The first month is where AdaptiveXi's learning models develop their initial accuracy. Early sessions give the AI enough data to begin meaningful personalization. Educators begin receiving intervention alerts. Parents gain access to the parent portal. The implementation team provides weekly check-ins to address questions and ensure the rollout is proceeding smoothly.

Ongoing support

Implementation is not the end of our engagement. We provide ongoing technical support, platform updates, and — as the pilot data demonstrated — outcomes that continue to improve as the AI models develop. Annual reviews assess outcomes against baseline and identify opportunities to deepen the platform's impact.

The guarantee

We guarantee live implementation in under two weeks. If we do not meet that timeline due to factors within our control, we extend your contract accordingly. We make this guarantee because we have built the implementation process to reliably deliver it — not as a marketing claim.
